1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and wisma66 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the wisma66 website located at https://wisma66.cam and all related services, products, games, features, and content made available thereon (collectively, the "Services").

wisma66 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Malaysian players and registered users. 2 Definitions

• "Account" — the personal member account created by a User upon successful registration with wisma66.
• "Balance" — the total monetary value of funds held in a User's Account at any given time, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cashable incentives credited to a User's Account in connection with a promotional offer.
• "Game Rules" — the specific rules applicable to individual games and betting markets available on the wisma66 platform, as published within each game or market interface.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required of Users under our compliance obligations.
• "Payment Method" — any approved deposit or withdrawal channel supported by wisma66, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and USDT TRC20.
• "Real Money" — actual fiat or cryptocurrency funds deposited by a User into their Account for gaming purposes, as distinguished from Bonus Funds.
• "Services" — all products, games, betting markets, features, and related services provided by wisma66 through the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked within a specified timeframe before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to wisma66 is not permitted under these Terms or applicable law.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register for and use a wisma66 Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wisma66 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any Account found to have been created by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds therein will be dealt with in accordance with our KYC and responsible gambling policies.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where registering with or using wisma66 would be unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of wisma66, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the wisma66 platform by way of self-exclusion or operator-imposed suspension.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and maintain that accuracy at all times.

4 Account Registration & Management

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the wisma66 platform. Opening, operating, or controlling more than one Account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, wisma66 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any associated Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. wisma66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login information.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify wisma66 customer support immediately via Live Chat or by email at [email protected]. wisma66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

Account registration on the wisma66 platform is free of charge. wisma66 does not charge a membership fee. However, individual Payment Methods may be subject to processing fees charged by the relevant payment provider, and Users are responsible for satisfying themselves as to any such third-party charges prior to using a given Payment Method.

5 Terms of Use

By using the wisma66 platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree that you will not, at any time:

• Use the Services for any purpose that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or contrary to these Terms;
• Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to exploit game mechanics, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent platform security systems;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the wisma66 software or infrastructure;
• Use another person's Account credentials or permit any other person to use your Account;
• Engage in any activity that could harm the reputation, operations, or financial interests of wisma66 or its Users;
• Exploit any technical error, bug, or miscalculation in the platform to gain an unjust advantage, including exploiting mispriced odds in sports betting markets.

wisma66 reserves the right to void any bet or game result, and to suspend or terminate any Account, where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion that a User has engaged in any of the above conduct. In such cases, wisma66's determination will be final and binding subject to any applicable dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

wisma66 supports a range of Payment Methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum transaction limits vary by Payment Method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate for cryptocurrency deposits. wisma66 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which wisma66 accepts no liability.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a Payment Method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same Account, unless otherwise approved by our compliance team. Estimated processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 15 minutes during standard processing hours.
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, FPX, DuitNow): Typically 5 to 30 minutes; occasional delays may occur during peak periods or Malaysian public holidays.
• USDT TRC20 Cryptocurrency: Subject to blockchain confirmation; typically 15 to 30 minutes depending on network congestion.

wisma66 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Any withdrawal request associated with suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms may be suspended pending investigation. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular Payment Method in the cashier.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

wisma66 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by wisma66, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Members who are at least 21 years of age and whose Accounts are in good standing.
• Each welcome bonus is available only once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings attributable to Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if a withdrawal request is submitted before the applicable Wagering Requirement has been completed, unless the Member elects to forfeit all Bonus Funds in exchange for the ability to withdraw Real Money funds.
• wisma66 reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or cancel any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Game-specific contribution percentages are stated in the relevant promotion terms.

wisma66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already accepted by Members will be honoured subject to their applicable terms.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and sports betting markets available on wisma66 are governed by the specific Game Rules published within the platform. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or participating in any game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Game Rules for a specific product, the Game Rules shall prevail in respect of that product.

Sports Betting: Bets placed on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, NBA, esports, and all other markets are subject to the sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it is binding and may not be cancelled by the User. wisma66 reserves the right to suspend, void, or delay the settlement of bets in markets affected by match abandonment, force majeure events, or other exceptional circumstances.

Live Casino & Slots: All outcomes in live dealer games and slot games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by the physical outcome of the live game as captured on video. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game or slot session, the game result will be determined in accordance with the applicable Game Rules, and wisma66 does not guarantee the ability to resume an interrupted session.

wisma66 reserves the right to restrict access to specific games or markets based on User jurisdiction, account verification status, or other operational considerations, without prior notice.

9 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that Members can set and adjust (subject to cooling-off periods on increases).
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify Members when a specified gaming session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break from the platform, ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which login and deposit functionality will be suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion option that removes access to the platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wisma66 platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the below will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances (including Real Money funds in appropriate circumstances), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or financial information during registration or KYC procedures;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without legitimate cause after funds have been used for gaming purposes;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured bonus offers in a manner that constitutes abuse;
• Coordinating with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or to exploit bonus systems collectively ("Bonus Abuse");
• Opening multiple Accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or promotional offers;
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the wisma66 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of wisma66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-licence, or otherwise transfer or make available any content from the wisma66 platform without the prior written consent of wisma66. Any unauthorised use of platform content constitutes an infringement of wisma66's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wisma66 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services;
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any data stored therein;
• Any loss or damage caused by third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing transactions;
• Any errors or inaccuracies in game content, odds, or results caused by technical malfunction;
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game providers or content licensors.

wisma66's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit wisma66's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

wisma66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute that has not been resolved to wisma66's satisfaction;
• Reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitating the closure of the Account;
• A Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion or Account closure.

In the event of Account closure resulting from a material breach of these Terms, wisma66 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings from Bonus Funds. Real Money balances will be returned to the Member via a Payment Method held on their Account, subject to applicable AML checks and verification requirements, unless the balance is subject to a legitimate dispute or legal hold.

A Member may voluntarily request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Requests for Account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining Real Money balance will be returned subject to standard verification procedures.

14 Amendments to These Terms

wisma66 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wisma66 will provide reasonable advance notice by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account. In the case of minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by law — such changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the wisma66 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 above. wisma66 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which wisma66 is registered and operated. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

In the first instance, Users are encouraged to contact wisma66 customer support to seek informal resolution of any complaint or dispute. wisma66 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal procedures, the User may have recourse to any applicable regulatory or alternative dispute resolution mechanism available under the laws of their jurisdiction.

wisma66 does not waive any rights or remedies by failing to enforce any provision of these Terms on any particular occasion.
